Anyone know of a good book or online resource that would help explain mass spectrometry concepts and principles to a biologist or non-analytical chemistry type? Similarly I'd also be interested in something for NMR.

Doesn't need to relate to metabolomics. Just the basics would be fine.

I've had several people ask me but don't have a good answer.
